New advisor portal with AI deployment

Innovation in mortgage products

Together with ABN Amro, we developed the over-value mortgage. Together with a.s.r., we have launched a starter's mortgage. In co-creation with Onderlinge 's-Gravenhage, Stater has developed a senior citizens' mortgage, the ZilverHuis Hypotheek.

AI in the mortgage chain

Stater checks the creditworthiness of applicants with the Bureau Krediet Registratie (BKR). In this process, there is a lot of failure due to misspellings of names. With BKR AI matching, we prevent "misses" due to problems with data quality or fraud due to incorrect data. And we increase the speed in the mortgage chain.

Retention model

With the help of AI, we can accurately predict which consumers might switch to another mortgage lender at the end of their fixed-interest period. In this way, customers can approach consumers in a targeted way. This increases the chance of customer retention.
