The DSGVO (General Data Protection Regulation) obliges Stater to take appropriate measures to protect information. Our customers also want us to demonstrably manage and secure their information properly. We take this very seriously.
As a financial institution, Stater works with money and data from lenders, intermediaries and customers. Good supervision of this is essential. Stater's main market regulators are:
The AFM is responsible for the supervision of conduct in the financial markets. The AFM focuses mainly on the services and products offered to customers. The customers of Stater who market consumer mortgages are also subject to supervision by the AFM. They, too, impose requirements on Stater.
